Women & youth empowerment
Expanding voice, opportunity, and leadership.
NIDEO creates practical pathways for women and young people to build confidence, strengthen livelihoods, participate in decisions, and lead change in their communities.
Empowerment is strongest when people define the change they want to see. We support locally identified priorities and connect people with the relationships and resources needed to move forward.
